Art in Public Space, old and new, vol 2

For the second time I gave a 3 hour seminar in September 2016 for Estonian Academy of Arts' master students of ceramics on art in public space. As graduates of the ceramics department are strongly advised to take part of various public art commissions their professor Urmas Puhkan tries to come back to this topic through different seminars.
